January 30 - February 5, 2012: Coriander Essential Oil
Popular across many cultures for various uses, Coriander (Coriandrum sativum) essential oil is extracted from the seed of the coriander plant. Coriander's healthful therapeutic benefits, which can be attributed to its extremely high linalool content, range from digestive support to supporting a healthy insulin response. For aromatic, topical, or internal use.
I chose Coriander as the 'Oil of The Week' because I believe out of all the other oils I am using, it has been the powerhouse in maintaining my blood sugars. It has worked wonders for me and my Diabetic clientele. Use caution though because a little Coriander goes a long way.Diabetic Regimen {THANK YOU Cyd & Spencer Kamauoha}
